Brett conducted a very well targeted marketing campaign which attracted serious prospective buyers. We were kept thoroughly and accurately informed throughout a marketing campaign which meant we were able to approach the auction with quiet confidence. The auction itself was very well conducted by John. The negotiations which immediately followed the auction were handled with masterful skill by both Brett and John. The reserve we set may have been a little optimistic but the team approached it with aplomb and absolute confidence. The various prospective bidders steadily headed towards and then exceeded the reserve by a considerable margin. The final sales price was a record for the area. I cannot speak highly enough of Brett and John and will happily recommend them to handled the sales of properties to friends, family and anyone else.
