Sale of Rental Property in Newman

Working with Brett as our property manager and to sell our rental property in Newman, whilst tenanted was the best decision we made. Brett's knowledge of the property market was spot on and provided us with guidance and excellent service from listing the property for sale, marketing, managing the tenant, sale of the property to all the way to settlement. Being based in Perth, some 1,200 kms away, Brett kept us informed on each step of the process, gave us honest feedback and most importantly kept our minds at ease. If you are not using Brett's real estate services for property management or sale of your property then you haven't got the best person working for you. We highly recommend Brett and will be using his services again.
