Stefan was great. He kept us informed and worked hard to finalise a sale despite a couple of last minute hurdles. Very professional. Our only frustration was organisation(not Stefan) wanted to make the primary contact my husband rather than me despite clearly telling them he did not want to have anything to do with the sale. Even this request for rating the organisation was sent to him!! He had no idea and was not interested. The male is not necessarily the primary contact!!
