Having had quite a few dealings with real estate agents throughout my life, and none of them outstanding but mediocre at best, it was certainly a surprise when I first interviewed Brett, and listened to him tell me the facts (which I already knew as I had done my homework already) about the market, my likely sell price and a raft of other things I wanted to know, and not what he thought I wanted to hear, which every last one of the other agents I interviewed told me, hoping to get the job. Then prior to putting my house on the market, Brett bought one of his peers well versed in decorating to see the house who advised me on strategists to uplift the look of my house, which I have to say made the house look fantastic. And throughout the time it took to sell my house, Brett was constantly in contact with me, worked around me with regard to open homes and inspections by appointment, and generally worked his backside off to sell the house, which he achieved. Traditionally I have not had high regard for real estate agents, and I still don't, but Brett has proven to be the exception to this rule as he proved his worth, and proved beyond all reasonable doubt that I made the right decision selecting him. In summary, I would recommend Brett to anybody wishing to find not a good agent, but a great agent, and most importantly, one that will tell you the truth and not what you want to hear as so many other agents will.
