Brett was a dream to deal with. From the moment we walked into the inspection right through to settlement Brett made himself available and gave honest and open communication throughout (even during his holiday he was available to us). We had been to many opens where the agents barely acknowledged us or even followed up or when they did it was full of excuses and false promises. Brett from the word go told us the sellers were motivated and ensured that he offered flexibility for us to get the Buildings and Pest inspection done promptly and additional viewing around our awkward shift pattern.
