From the beginning Brett did what he could to help us secure the property. All the way through the sale process we felt he was representing our side of the sale as well and ensuring our rights were upheld. Being first timers he was able to assist with things we weren't sure of even when it wasn't his responsibility; He was able to guide us through the process. He maintained communication right through to settlement and was the first to contact us about the completion of the sale before the bank or solicitor.
