Given all Brett does for the youth and his interests current interests I cannot speak ill of him. I did my research on the Agent and commented (reminding you Brett as discussed to update your Marketing video (https://www.realestate.com.au/agent/brett-richards-1932050) on some suggestions that your information is a bit out of date. He is personable enough. The Ray White Concierge and support team were great and follow you up as it in their interests to maximise every bit of business they can out of you which is how a business survives and called after-sales support.

Richo took over our sale as the previous agent was not effective after three months. He advised to update to professional photos and be more aggressive on price. This met with immediate effect, we had a massive increase in buyer viewing on line and coming to open houses that Richo ran every weekend. Awesome service and great communication as things progressed, would highly recommend Richo to anyone looking to sell.
