I found Brett to have the knowledge and experience to be able to provide an acceptable package to advertise and market my home. His presentation pertaining to the sale was based on facts regarding the desirability of the house and gardens and current market forces in the area and I had no reason to dispute his assessment. Brett provided a wide choice of advertising and marketing options and did not try to push any specific agenda. His communication throughout the sale process was excellent and I could not fault his general demeanour and attitude.
