During the process of discussing, marketing and selling of my property it was a pleasure dealing with Brett throughout. The level of communication was excellent including the written summary Brett provided with each open house inspection. The property sold within a month for the target price I had set which is surely the most important measure of an excellent real estate agent.

Brett assisted me with the sale of one of my properties during a stressful time and resolved long running issues with my previous agent relating to my other rental properties. He was, and continues to be, very responsive and professional.

At first it did all seem very good and communication on the negotiating price was great. After this due to the seller being pushy and the agent not understanding his role. I received many calls that I felt threatened by saying the place would go back on the market. As far as I know this is all up to our solicitors. Unfortunately it was not the agents job and maybe in the future he will leave this up to the solicitors. I feel the company does a great job but some people management/ communication skills would not go astray. Regards
