Brett created an effective sales and marketing campaign for the sale of this prestige, golf frontage home in Royal Pines. A range of internal and external (drone created) photographs were used for both internet and media coverage. Media coverage included Gold Coast Bulletin and a chinese weekly real estate paper. House inspections were completed over some 4 weeks prior to Auction - Saturday/Sundays and Wednesday evenings. Brett attended all openings and reported on all attendees. Some 32 groups with many multiple inspections were recorded. The property went to Auction on January 23rd, and Brett negotiated an acceptable price post Auction, and followed up with all documentation being completed accurately.

Brett has managed to get the balance right - he works hard for his vendor, yet he is still polite, respectful and courteous. I have had bought and sold over 20 times in the past 25 years. I have found that Agents tend to fall into 2 categories (1) those who can get a great financial result and (2) those who you would be happy to invite over for dinner. Somehow Brett manages the balance between the 2 categories. He brings a calm confidence and demonstrates integrity that I have not often experienced.
