We had frequent updates on the state of the market and how our sale was tracking with a weekly catch up and honest feedback from him with regard to interest in our property . When we didn’t sell at Auction which we were informed was likely to happen as an interest rate increase and the loss of prospective buyers lessened our outcome , a buyer was found 2 days later and the negotiations were quick and easily completed without fuss.
