Got the job under difficult circumstances

We are very pleased with the service, communication, knowledge and contacts both Brett and Janelle displayed. It was a difficult sell after being passed in at auction by another agent, plus the market had corrected itself quite significantly just as the property hit the market. The property was becoming stale and it was due to be taken from the market over Winter, when we were presented with an offer that under the circumstances, presented a great result for us.
