Worst experience I've ever had with an agent. Pushy to sell the property at under asking price. Back stabs potenicial buyers to me, so I can only imagine what he was saying to them about me. I offered purchaser a refund of deposit due to other complications and Brett said he still wanted his commission (even though the property would've gone back on the market). I have all emails and texts to prove this. I would never recommend Brett to anybody as he is just two faced, a liar, lazy to do what he's actually getting paid for (just wanted to get rid of the property ((at a fair bit under the value)) so he didn't have to come out and do open house inspections). I never write reviews about anyone but my experience was so terrible with him, I just had to.
Brett and his team were all very easy to get along with and communicate with. All very nice and polite people. I knew from the first meeting i had with Brett, over 3 years ago, himself and his team would get the result we were after. Thank you all very much for your time and efforts. Brett and the team at Millership and co were extremely friendly, genuine and approachable throughout the sale of our house. They have a great level of knowledge of the area, as well as Brett has excellent auctioneering skills- which is what you need when selling at auction. We first met Brett around three years ago when he appraised our home. Unlike many other agents he kept in regular contact - just a friendly positive no pressure phone call which for years gained no reply from us - until recently. We asked him to return for an updated appraisal, having just had one from a different firm, and because we were starting to get serious about selling. Brett presents himself extremely well - standard of dress and grooming excellent. Comes across as both friendly and professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Also listens well and is respectful. It was an easy decision to list with him and at no stage were we disappointed in the level of service we received. Phone calls or texts were always swiftly answered. Whatever he said he'd do - was done. He led us through the stressful process of marketing for an auction with a mixture of firm guidance, understanding, and humour. His demeanour was reliable and considtently upbeat without seeming false. He's genuine. Nothing was any trouble. His team showed a similar level of care and interest as Brett does, and also displayed a quiet respect for both Brett as their leader and for us as vendors. We thoroughly enjoyed having Brett represent us and recommend him most highly.
