We chose Black and White Real Estate over the others because of Brett and Tammy's professionalism, and ability to explain the 'what and why's', of the whole process. We didn't have a smooth ride through the sale of our house, in-fact we sold twice, both within a few days of being on the market. Talk about some nail biting moments. The no nonsense stance taken by Brett through both sales, left no room for procrastinating buyers to hold up the sale. We were only ever at the mercy of the banks taking their sweet time. Brett and Tammy were only ever a text message, email or phone call away, even if it was just for a quick panicked question or a laugh, regardless of the day or time.
