I found myself in an unfortunate situation of having to relocate my I’ll mother into a special housing situation that was hard to obtain. I called many local agencies asking to keep an eye out for something, Brett went that step further and did a letter box drop in the area we wanted. Amongst the half dozen agencies I called Brett was the only one to deliver results. He has negotiated between two families that are both undergoing hard times with health and ref tape due to legalities.
