Left the sale feeling that the purchaser was given more importance than us. We constantly gave ground. Kept being asked to extend finance time, even settlement time. Yet when we refused to wait for settlement, out of sympathy for buyer, no contact from agent on sale - which surprisingly went through on time! So we did not feel we were at centre of thiis and maybe less favoured than a local buyer. I am sure there are reasons from an agents point of view, but this is our vendor point of view.
