Didn’t sell me my house but he was my contact for the final inspection which he was supposed to arrange with the tenant but. On the day of the inspection tried to reschedule but could only offer certain days that didn’t suit me. He gave me a list of excuses why he couldn’t help mr on the dates I requested and implied I was being difficult. I then asked if someone else was available and got a flat out no. He finally arranged the inspection and then told me I needed to be and out by a certain time because he has another appointment also questioned why I need to take so long when I had already had a building inspection . When I arrived it took him 7 minutes to acknowledge me. He was difficult and unprofessional. My experience dealing with him was terrible. Let’s hope he has some level of customer service before contracts are signed
