I contacted Brett after seeing the number of properties he had successfully sold where my investment property was. I had been thinking of selling but was not quiet sure how to go about it as I am in WA and my property was in NSW. After speaking with Brett and the agent that managed my property, (who really werent interested in working to sell my property and just wanted to auction it) I decided to go with Brett which was the best decision I could have made. He listened to me, kept in constant contact with me which was challenging with a 3 hour time distance, however my property was sold within a week.
