In many ways, my experience with the team at Brett White began as a standard 'good' experience with a real estate agent. Their service became exceptional when things at my end did not go smoothly. First, the bank took weeks longer than expected to approve my loan, due to COVID-related staff shortages. During this time, the Agent liaised between myself and the Vendor to extend the Settlement date as necessary. By the time the finance was approved, I had Tenants who had been waiting to move in. The Agent again liaised with the Vendor to arrange pre-possession of the property, and my Tenants were able to move in while we waited for Settlement. By the time of Settlement, I was travelling with work and was largely uncontactable by phone. Once again, the Agent was patient and flexible, and was able to keep up communications by the limited means and within the narrow time-slots that I had available. I am grateful to the team at Brett White for the way that they accommodated my circumstances in such a professional way.
