I don’t often write reviews and and not easily impressed but in truth Kathy Moore in Brett’s team really did go above and beyond. Selling our property in Perth while located in Adelaide was so easy especially during lock down. Kathy arranged for our furniture to be sold and the rest moved to Adelaide, she essentially did everything I would have done had I been near by. She thought of everything that needed to be done and had it all done in good time. Not only that, she managed to sell our property at a price that we hoped for despite the change in the property market. She was friendly and extremely helpful whenever asked. Importantly she was honestly and did her best to meet the not only our best interests but also those of the buyer. She was recommended to me by word of mouth and I’m so glad we followed the advice. Kathy is an exceptional real estate agent whom I would highly recommend for both buyers and sellers.

My wife and I listed with Kathy and the Brett White Team after walking through another property that she was listing and was greeted with the calm, educated and professional nature that she possessed and knew that is exactly what we wanted from our listing agent. Brett and his team were fantastic to deal with in the sale of our property in Iluka. Brett was personally available whenever I wanted to chat, had questions etc. and we had a a number of Zoom calls as I was based in Victoria and COVID had just hit after our house entered the market. Brett also attended to the house on many occasions if something was required to be checked or fixed and I appreciated it immensely.
