We initially met with 3 local agents and chose Kathy because from the outset we were really comfortable with Kathy's, warm, friendly, practical, honest approach. Whilst she provided the usual market insights, she gave us a number of options on how best to sell our house, get the best price possible and monitor the progress of the sale. As she lives in the area, in a similar house to ours, she knew how best present the property, what it was worth and gave us a realistic valuation. She provided us with information on practical minor improvements required to prepare the house for sale without over capitalizing, ways of getting these improvements funded and contact details of tradespeople, whom had done work on her own house and from the vast list that Remax have. Everyone of these tradies provided a quick, quality service at a price that couldn't be beaten. As we thought about renting, she even found one in the location we were interested in, with the help of her colleagues.
