Stone Real Estate kept us intimately informed of the progress of the sale every step of the way. The agency provided excellent advice and got down to the business of selling the property immediately upon our readying it for sale and showed a good number of parties through on the first open day (more than twenty, I think it was). Brian and all the staff that we met at Stone were most engaging and easy to get on with. We were led to expect a higher price before signing than after signing, but I do believe that the market was down turning at that time; it would seem that we did get a good price given the market at the time.
