Brian is a real gentleman, well spoken, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Not at all pushy bur with a demeanour which inspires confidence. We had an unusual contract with a small deposit and 6 months contract which settles in a week's time.
Brian was attentive and honest, as far as I could tell. He seems to have all parties' interests in mind. One thing to note: an agent should know and inform clients about the need for an Electrical Safety Certificate to be supplied, if power has been off for one year, before reconnection can occur.
