Although Brian is a pleasant man my experience of the sale 'nightmarish'. The initial valuation was inflated, presumably to encourage me to sign an exclusive authority, which I did. The very day I signed, it turned out that for one reason or another there might be some difficulty getting the price, it was then advertised at 15% below the valuation. The solar light were left on, next time I went there was no power, he did apologise but said the batteries were probably 'on the way out' anyway, told me he would get a local electrician to look at it and then didn't bother... The list goes on..... Brian's lack of communication was 'eye watering'
