Brian is a get to the point person. He keeps you advised on the market the number of inquiries the seriousness of those inquiries or are they tyre kickers? He is prepared to disagree with you because he thinks you can do better overall. I sell blocks of land and build houses. I do not find him pushy to take a deal. He will discuss the pros and cons even when you have put your dollar expression on the line. Very pleased dealing with him and will continue to do so
