Brian was not pushy. Over the top sales pitch turns me off. Brian was very courteous towards the current tenant who, if I had not purchased the property could, once again, be house hunting at 85 years of age. Your whole team on the day were smartly dressed, not sales aggressive and smiled - very important in retail.

Brian is a local and therefore had a personal and professional interest in the property. I was very happy in the way he handled the sale. Had hoped for a slightly higher sale price and that is the only reason I didn't give him 5 stars for all categories. Realistically though, the property has been rented for a number of years and lacked warmth although the condition of the building and appliances were sound. With a bit of TLC I am sure the buyer will be happy with their purchase
