So I’m not sure if I ever told you the story of the guy we bought our house off and subsequently gave the listing of our apartment to. To make a long story short I had to call him after every home open to follow up, suggested additional viewings and in the end I essentially had absolutely no confidence in his ability to sell our property as he had completely stopped “selling” himself to us as the client. It was at this time that we came to you for help and although we had a higher expectation on the value of the apartment we never once questioned your ability to do right by us, and we were never disappointed. Today we received a card in the mail from you and your team, wishing us well a year on from our sale, it was also today that we received a bulk “mail float” from our first sales person showing us a list of the 10 recent properties he has sold and telling us “let’s chat”... Once again this guy has totally missed the mark in terms of Sales and Customer Service. Coming from a background in Sales and Customer Relations I can say that “good service” is not that difficult and yet so few people actually manage to get it right.
