Brian understands the business of dealing with people who are buying and selling, he works for both parties and not just for numbers. Attempts to ensure all parties are happy with the result even if situations require a little extra input on his part. Would like for all agents to ensure that what they are selling are actually included, perhaps vendors may need to be asked a few more questions to ensure that items on the property are included and not removed by the vendor a day before settlement, and perhaps the agent should say to the buyers to ensure such items are included in their contract, eg garden shed was never advised that the vendor was taking it and the agent never made the buyers aware prior to contacts being exchanged. Yes you might say it's still the responsibility of the buyer to have it included in contract, but sometimes the agent should also make these matter clear as well. Overall Brian is a decent and professional agent.
