Brian is NOT the type of agent who promises a big price up front, but then pushes the vendor to settle for a quick, easy, cheap sale so he can get his commission & move on with the next job - He always pushes to get the best price possible for his properties. When selling this house we had deadline pressure due to the settlement of our new house, but in spite of this he managed to get very close to the price we wanted, & settle within the deadline. Only drawback is this seems to arouse the jealousy of some of the other agents in the area - we had one buyer pull out of a contract because another agent persuaded him that he had been ripped off. Don't use Gittoes if you are selling in Lisarow - it seems they are intent on slashing prices in the area so they don't have to work so hard.
Brian is a great communicator & make you feel like you know what is going on. Possibly the worst agent to buy from, because he is always pushing for the best price possible. Thankfully I sold through him too, & he treated me the same as he treated the buyers here.
