Brian was friendly and easy to work with. He helped me a lot as a new home buyer , as you never know if you are doing the correct things. Brian was able to give me advice on the lender I was going through Which was a great stree of my mind He kept me very informed I was very happy with him. The only thing I would add in hinesight knowing if a settlement is going to be delayed the purchaser or sales agent should still have th suffient time to have a 2nd look th the property.

I was very nervous about having to navigate through the maze of requirements when it came to selling a house. Particularly as the property I was selling was in another state and I had no idea what I needed to do. Luckily Brian was recommended to me and I contacted him. He was prompt in calling me back, and set about getting down to the business of selling my unit very quickly. My property was on realestate.com in days, and within a week it had sold! I couldn't have been more pleased. His service was excellent and I certainly felt I had chosen well when I picked Brian to sell my property. In hindsight I regret selling now, and I am looking to purchase within the same area again. When I am organised to do this I will certainly want Brian on my team to assist with the purchase.

Even though I'm on the 'wrong' side of the fence (a purchaser of a property, rather than a vendor) I found Brian very personable and helpful. I know a realestate agent is primarily working for the vendor (that's where their money comes from after all!), but even after the price had been negotiated and settled, Brian remained very helpful with arranging additional inspections: nothing was a problem in terms of facilitating my requests. Brian even tried to negotiate with the vendor about additional cleaning (some things were substandard: dirty oven and kitchen shelves, etc). Of course the vendor didn't come to the cleaning party, but Brian actually paid for additional cleaning, which was much appreciated! Not many of us (including me) buy properties on a regular basis, so comparing agents is not possible. Even though I can't do a comparison, I can say that I was very happy with Brian's and the company's support and professionalism: a great service, and I can't fault either.
