Brian helped the reviewer sell this property

A job well done!

I contacted Brian because I'd earlier received a flyer from him advertising a service to help people like me sell their won properties! A very forward thinking idea I thought! After speaking to Brian I decided not to go that way although I still think its a great idea in the right circumstances! As it turned out it was a good decision because I think Brian more than earned his money in a difficult market, what with a lack of buyer interest initially, then contracts falling through etc. Brian stuck with it and we eventually achieved a good result. Through it all Brian was communicative and polite even though some would say I wasn't the easiest client!
