Brian was very helpful and informative with the process of buying a unit. He was easy to communicate with and didn't rush me with regards to returning forms or information back to him. Purchasing your first property comes with many unknowns and Brian was quick to bring to my attention the important things I should know and what I would need to do in order to purchase a property. Considering that I live in Perth and Brian and the property are both in Broome, I have found Brian very helpful and always available to help me with the above purchase.....Its a hard and complicated position for both concerned. Especially when i as the purchaser am intrusting Brian the seller to be doing the right thing by me. It is a huge financial commitment on my behalf, purchasing something Ive never seen my self.
