As this was my first serious attempt into the housing market I was a bit wary of real estate agents taking advantage of a first home buyer, as I had previous poor experiences; however straight from the start Brian was prompt & easy to communicate with, managing to organise a viewing within the week, in person he was professional but laid back enough that didn't make you feel pressured or that you couldn't ask questions (no matter how silly they may have seemed). I'm quite anxious/shy in nature, so often have people try to take advantage of that by playing the big salesman role to push a buy or mislead, yet Brian was just straight-forward in what the facts were & what he was selling. He maintained communication from the first email & throughout the entire purchase, not only with the required communication regarding paperwork but also with things such as prompting me to see if I qualified for the FHOG, happily passing on knowledge & answering my questions of confusion when the paperwork blurred together, while remaining supportive through-out it all, which helped make the whole process a great deal less daunting than I had expected it to be. I have already recommended him to workmates that are soon looking to make their first home purchases.
