Brian's calm and positive approach achieved the result we were after.

It was near Xmas, the market was slow and we were away for eight weeks. This was a time of great stress for us and we were grateful that Brian kept us informed of buyer interest every week-end. When we returned on the Thursday we were a "wreck" but he was calm and positive explaining that the signs of increased buyer enquiry made him quietly confident that this increased interest would attract a buyer. We had an open house the following Saturday and a signed contract, at our advertised price, on the table that afternoon. Thanks Brian.
