Following the Death of my Mother we had decided to place her premises on the market. I had dealt through Brians Father many decades previously and Brian was our First Choice. He provided all options available on promotion of the sale and cost plus info on the present market in our region (COVID-19 era). His manner in providing details of inspections undertaken at the premises provided a great deal of relief to me and my Family as we had a Tenant occupying the premises. I recall one comment "The place was clean and tidy and the yard well maintained". After finding a Buyer, Brian asked if I had done a "Transmission of Title". After explaining that phrase in English, I was then busy completing the necessary forms and ID requirements as Sole Executor. Settlement eventually occurred and as far as I am concerned Brian was a key factor in the smooth and hassle free Sale of the Premise and associated particulars.
