Buying a house and relocating can be one if the biggest stressors in life. My husband and I decided to move to Hervey Bay from Victoria after visiting for several years. We researched the area and looked online, in the newspapers and went to open houses. Unfortunately, even though me met another good agent he was unable to show us any houses the had the "wow" factor for us. We had sold our property but wiling to wait for the right home. During our final days in Hervey Bay we walked into Harcourts Torquay and that was our lucky day. We met Brian and he asked us what we wanted, our price range etc. He said we had a property that was coming on the market, he arranged an inspection two days later. We had another inspection and signed a contract within a week. Brian when asked was able to recommend other professionals Brian was always approachable, friendly and professional. We believe he acted in the vendors best interest but we believe the end result was a win win for both parties. To us that is the sign of a great agent, everyone goes to their new homes happy.
