Great experience working with Brian and he worked on getting me even more than I expected

We were searching for an agent to work with us and Brian was listed as one of the top 3 agents. He gave us a call and was able ti meet with us that eveining. Brian came prepared, toured the house and made notes. Once he had done this he gave us an honest idea on what we could get. We were moving not long after we had selected him to sell our home and he was great, organised everything, helped with getting contractors to clean the house and in the end with the styling we could not be happier. We had said at the outset that his preparation prior to our first meeting was what set him ahead of anyone we spoke to Thanks to Brian we got more than what we anticipated and could not be happier with the service. Brian has skills of the good seller. He's incredible responsive when I asked questions and get back to me when he hasn't had the answer straight away. He knows the type of buyer which reflects from the gift that he gave at the end of the settlement process.
