Can’t recommend Brian and the team at Semple enough. I reached out to Semple and had a consultation at the property within a week. Semple were the best rate in the area and their knowledge of the local area is evident. Brian gave me a valuation on the spot while also recommending some works (painting, staging, replacing fences) that we could do to the house to get a better return. Not only did he contact the contractors but he project managed the whole thing from start to finish while keeping me in the loop. The whole process from consultation to settlement was no more than 2 months and the final sale price was more than 150k more than expected and +50k more than Brian initially targeted. Lots of moving parts that were streamlined by Brian and his outstanding work ethic. He is motivated, responsive and a pleasure to deal with - can’t speak highly enough of him.
