As visitors to Hobart and unfamiliar with how the process of making an offer and buying a house operated, we found Brian's patient, polite and clear guidance invaluable. Unlike Victorian agents who can be very pushy and invasive, Brian was relaxed and gentle as he outlined the merits of the property and later conducted the successful bidding process with great efficiency. Although we conducted the main process via email, Brian was clear and quick in communicating to us about every stage of the process.
