Our experience with Brian Webster was disappointing and concerning. We were told that the seller would only agree to the sale of our house on the condition that Brian was appointed as the selling agent. We later discovered this was not true. This misrepresentation felt deliberately misleading and placed unnecessary pressure on us during an already significant financial decision. Trust is critical in real estate, and in this instance, that trust was undermined. Since then, I’ve also heard similar stories from other locals who have raised comparable concerns, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage others to independently verify any claims made and proceed with caution.
