We were very very happy with how Brian took care of the sale of our home. He gave us some helpful advice on how to get our home ready for sale and was conferdent in reaching our target price. His team were very professional from the start with the photo shoot and were also conferdent this would not be a long sale. With in 2 days of the adds going on line we had 3 groups through and the first offer in 3 days. On the 6th day our house was sold, no open homes no stress of getting out of the house and keeping it clean. This is the second home Brian has sold for us and we can highly recommend Brian and McGrath they got us more then the other agents suggested and were a lot more professional.
