We were selling the Family home due to my mothers Will and Probate requirements

Brian from The Agency, amongst others, were invited to the home to present an appraisal for the sale of our property. Brian's presentation of his teams portfolio was very impressive, whilst his commission wasn't the cheapest, we had the confidence in Brian to achieve a greater outcome with the sale. Throughout the precess we were constantly updated with the prospective buyers coming through at both the open houses and by appointments. On auction day it was nice to see the whole team were apart of the atmosphere and worked hard for the best outcome. On the fall of the hammer our family were very please with the final price.
