I've worked with many real estate agents and unfortunately I don't rate Bridgette highly. There is lack of communication, I had to email her and push for my offer to be presented to the seller, then I had to call her and ask if the offer was accepted. There was no congratulations from her or her office when they sent through the confirmation of sale. It is definitely a sellers market in Busselton right now but that's no reason for the buyer having a below standard experience. I just hope settlement is better.
