Brigette Righton has known I have wanted to sell my house for more than two years but I wasn't ready for the final step. She kept in touch but never too much. When the time came I had appraisals from other agents. I have never sold a property before and being my largest asset by far and needing to fund my future with the proceeds, I wanted to feel confident in my decisions. Brigette's proposal wasn't the cheapest and nor was the commission but I looked past that and could see she was determined to get me a good price. Her approach was very professional - the photos of the house looked amazing and my home of 31 years sold after 4 days on the market and one open house. Brigette got me my price - so obviously I totally recommend her as an agent.
