Very good positive attitude , very respectful. Good Market knowledge. Brijesh is very willing to spend time to serve his customers well, genuine in his service, willing to spend time to explain things I don't quite understand about. Did his job very well. I wasn't very keen on the property he had to offer to begin with because it's more work to do on the property. I told him we liked another property that is being offered on the market in the same group at the same time. It's less wok for us, just need a fresh coat of paint, steam the carpet and it's ready to be rented out but I didn't like the agent, he still was very friendly and kind to us. Attitude was still very good and positive and said "Penny if you really like it just go for it don't worry about the agent he is not important." We went to the other agent again but still didn't get the service nor respect from him, very bad attitude totally opposite to the kind of service and treatment we got from Brijesh. So we thought about it and decided to put in an offer for the property Brijesh was selling the following week. The main reason we took second look and a third look at his property was his very good exceptional service. We are not just buying a property, we do care about the service we received too. And I am very happy that we went to Brijesh because his after sale service has not disappoint me at all. He made me feel good about the offer to get us a building inspector, conveyancer, contact my bank lenders, utilities connection etc... so I didn't have to do a lot of running around. Customers care is excellent. He had a list of all the steps and things need to be done and sat with me and explained every thing. I must say the experience from dealing with Brijesh is very impressive and one I would remember for a long time. I would like to give him a gold star for his service.
