We enlisted the services of Briolynn Kennedy in August of 2024 for the sale of our recently completed duplex development in Sylvania. Briolynn's dedication and tenacity was evident in getting the outcome we needed. It fell marginally short of our reserve despite a drop in median house prices in the second half of 2024 and clearance rates down to 53%. Our house was in the upper end of duplex's on offer, overlooking Kangaroo Point and the Georges River and we had less "cashed up" buyers than the average duplex on offer. Briolynn worked hard to get potential buyers to the table, even during her Christmas break overseas.
