Broc Buderus 1st National RE Tuncurry sold my small acreage property for an area record price sticking to his guns on the price he thought it should bring when other agents ( we sought three appraisals) were quite low and comparing with other properties not in the same area and size.He was available at all times and always returned phone calls promptly.
