Broc helped the reviewer sell this property

Genuine Advice. Honest Service. Excellent Results.

Twelve months before we decided on our agency, Broc stood out with his genuine care and honesty. This stood him apart and made our decision a clear one. We wanted to use him and Ivy Realty to sell our family home. From Day 1, the effort and commitment to selling our property was exceptional. What was most noticeable was his intent. Genuine interest and an unwavering focus in getting us the best result possible. The result itself and the journey was always filled with support, professional guidance and reassurance in a volatile market at the time. We would use him again in a heartbeat. No question about it. Thank you, Broc, for your knowledge, trust and professional expertise in selling our property and at a premium price. We look forward to working with you in the future when the need arises 100%.
