Professional, positive and great communication

We had such a great experience with Broc selling our home in Hollywell. He was always lovely to chat to, super positive, incredibly approachable and professional, and his communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. He has a great knowledge of the market. What really stood out was how much Broc went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He helped us organise our pool compliance and smoke alarm certification in time for settlement, kept me on track with what needed to be done and what information needed to be passed on to our solicitors, and made sure nothing was overlooked. He was also fantastic at communicating between us and the buyer, passing on information about the house and making sure she had everything she needed. It really felt like he cared about making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone involved, right through to settlement.
