When handing me the keys we found that a lot of the paperwork for appliances was not left for me to check. However, Brock did respond by email with two booklets on Air conditioner set up and security one as well. I had to get a friend to set it up and he found 27 logins for people on it to be able to turn off alarm. So, he deleted them all. Unfortunately, I discovered after looking around to find the cleaners did not do a good job.
Brock was professional but friendly, very helpful and supportive with excellent communication. Questions were responded to quickly. Settlement was efficient and went smoothly without any problems.
